This is the clinical program that I am taking part in on Nelson 8 at Hopkins. It is a pilot program, and I for one think that it should become the rule, not the exception. We are partnered one-to-one with a preceptor nurse rather than 6-8 of us being with a clinical faculty. I love it, and I am really enjoying this clinical experience because of it.
I'm so glad that you put your name in for this. It sounds like such an amazing experience AND you are getting all of the bodily fluid experience a girl could want:)
