Top Underrated City? A year ago I may not have believed this, but there are definitely some things about Baltimore that are underrated -- the fun little places to eat, certain neighborhoods, etc. Don't be fooled though, it was only listed as "one" of the top underrated cities....and I don't know out of how many. ;)8.27.2010
