What a woman. Seriously. You may not know it by looking at her, barefoot in the kitchen cooking for a dinner party of 7, but she had quite the last 24 hours. First she had clinical at Hopkins while the little "incident" was going on, then she spent the night at Hopkins trying to negotiate with a little one to make their entrance into the world before she had to leave at 7:00am (unfortunately the baby decided that 7:10 sounded nicer), and then she spent the day getting heights, weights, and blood pressures of preschoolers before coming home to start cooking! :) Thanks for being a great hostess Ash.

Whew! What a day at clinical! There was a shooter in the Johns Hopkins Hospital (not in the building that I was doing clinical in), but nonetheless it was an intense day. Here is most of my clinical group walking out of the hospital after we got the "all clear" from the hospital authorities...but you can see that the SWAT team vehicle is still positioned outside of the hospital. Crazy, crazy day.
